We are a husband-and-wife team. We are focused, driven and have a passion for people. Our mission is to Empower, Equip and Edify Leaders and Care Workers to bring healing and restoration to families, communities and organizations they serve.

Our Story

In our various roles, we have seen many leaders in the corporate business sector, social development, church networks, and other enterprises, burn out due to the load of serving and often the lack of self-care. We are confident that we have been given a gift to speak and offer support in those areas.

Meet The Team

Gunter Titus

Co-Founder of Titus Lifestyle Coaching. Gunter comes from a family of dedicated Pastors and Teachers who worked and lived all over South Africa. He has seen transformation and reconciliation within various cultural groups and communities. He is a trained Counsellor, Pastor and Life Coach.

With a strong faith and firm family foundation, his mission together with his wife, is to bring healing and restoration to a broken society, one life at a time.

Carryn Titus

Co-Founder of Titus Lifestyle Coaching. Born and raised as a missionary child. Carryn has experienced the ups and downs in life, first-hand. She is trained as a Social Worker and Pastor with work experience in Operations and logistics Management, Counselling, Training and Development of staff. Carryn has a passion for people and a heart for God. She is happily married to a God-honouring man and a mother to a bubbly 5 year old miracle boy.
